  3. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Should you need to reschedule or cancel services, fees will be assessed according to the notice period provided. Specific fees and rescheduling terms are outlined in your contract. No refunds will be issued for services already provided or payments made.

  4. Additional Fees: Any requested edits or modifications beyond the scope of the agreed-upon project may incur additional fees, which will be billed at the specified project rate. Additional fees related to late payments and rescheduling are detailed in your signed contract.

  5. Contract Supersession: Please note that any signed contract between the client and Fiona O'Leary Sloan Studio takes precedence over this fulfillment policy. The terms and conditions outlined in your contract will override any general policies stated here.
